This was excellent. I made everything ahead, then just reheated the sweet potatoes and peppers in the oven. Microwaved to heat the brown rice and chicken and microwaved the sauce. It was great.

Thanks for the delicious looking recipe! One comment (and I don’t know if you can change this or not): I wish the add wasn’t embedded in the printable recipe. It takes up empty space when printing and requires more paper. This is the first time this has happened to me with a recipe from your site.
