So simple and delicious!! I only had powdered ginger so used that instead of fresh. I also put in more garlic ‘cause that’s how I roll. Served it with fried rice. Definitely will make this again!

You can do either or here depending on preference.

This was really delicious! I made it with beefless beef, from Trader Joe’s. Served it with cilantro, lime, rice. I will be making this every other week. Thank you!

This recipe is delicious and so quick and easy!!! I added fresh green beans, red bell pepper, and fresh zucchini to skillet after adding sauce, cooked veggies for just a few minutes for added crunch. Served with green onions, cucumber and lime wedges. Yummy!!

Despite all the flavorings this was lacking in taste However, the suggestion on how to cook the ground beef was delicious. I may try again but work on adding more flavors.

This was so delicious and flavorful! I used sriracha on mine but might try chili oil next time! Great recipe!

The extra touch with the fresh ginger, lime juice and garlic is worth the 4th and 5th stars. This is great eaten at room temp as well! I’ve taken it to work and served it that way, made the meat the night before and let it all come to room temp and served it that way within a few hours of being refridged after fully cooked. It’s pretty, it’s healthy and a crowd pleaser: I serve it as a buffet and let each one choose his/her own veggies and toppings. It’s my most requested entree to bring to a lunch party at work and the best part is that it can all be done the night before! Sausage instead of hamburger is even better in my opinion.
