Yes it freezes well. If you want small portions then just freeze in ice cube trays then transfer to an airtight container once solidified.

This recipe is soooo delicious and easy! Since I already had store-bought pesto and dark balsamic, I used them since they were both listed as acceptable substitutes. The only step I modified was that I left the grape tomatoes whole and oven-roasted them, since I’m not a fan of tomatoes in the “raw”, but that’s just me. Oh yum! Great recipe I’ll be making often. Thank you for sharing!
